Frequently asked questions.

1. What are Stick & Strum fretboard decals made of?

Our fretboard decals are made from a high-quality removable vinyl material designed specifically for instruments. They apply smoothly and remove cleanly

2. Will the stickers damage my fretboard?

No. Our decals are made to be fretboard-safe and won’t harm the finish on your instrument.
If a trace of residue remains after removal, it can be wiped away easily with any gentle guitar cleaning product.

3. How do I make sure the stickers fit my guitar?

Every guitar neck is slightly different, so we size each set to your specific measurements.
During checkout, you’ll enter your nut width, 12th fret width, and last fret width and we will take it from there.
If you need help, visit our How to Measure page — it includes diagrams for easy reference.

4. Are the stickers reusable?

They’re designed for one-time application, but you can remove and reposition them during installation if needed.
If you fully remove them, we recommend ordering a fresh set for the best fit and adhesion.

5. Can I apply them myself?

Yes! You don’t need any special tools — just a clean fretboard.
Each set comes with step-by-step instructions.

6. What types of guitars do you support?

Stick & Strum decals are available for most standard 6-string electric and acoustic guitars with 21, 22, or 24 frets.
If your guitar has a unique configuration, just include those details during checkout — we’ll make sure it fits perfectly.

All rates are calculated automatically at checkout.
